Police (Peterborough Detachment)
Welcome and thank you for visiting the Township of Galway/OPP Community Policing website.
The committee is run by volunteers who live and/or work in the Township of Galway.
We are funded by the Township of Galway as well as through corporate donations from local business.
Monthly meetings allow for feedback from our committee members, individual residents, and the OPP Community Policing Officer. Meetings are informal and all members of our community are welcome to attend. Please try us for a night and allow us to address and resolve any issue(s) which you feel would benefit our community, be it social, traffic or criminal in nature.
